It’s a white floral fragrance where jasmine and jasmine tea dominate the heart of the composition. Base notes are vanilla, benzoin, and cashmere wood which gives the entire composition a cozy, warm, and a bit sensual feel.
That’s the part of the composition that gives it a year-round feel, however, the reason why it fits summer the best is because that coconut in the opening lingers in the background even when opening passes – coconut definitely boosts that creaminess but it also adds that tropical feel to the scent.
It fits perfectly on beach occasions (both day walks or beach nighttime parties) and you can’t go wrong with wearing it for any type of occasion during summer.
One could say that it has that niche perfumery vibe, and it’s true because coconut and jasmine are not the combinations you often see.

Jokes aside, Jean Paul Gaultier recently released their new La Belle flanker, and after testing it we had no other choice but to put it on this list as in my personal opinion, there hasn’t been a better flanker than this one.
La Belle Fleur Terrible has only 3 notes in its notes pyramid – the opening is a water lily, the heart is an iris and the base is vanilla.
In this case, vanilla has nothing to do with sweetness but with the smoothness of aquatic notes of water lily and powdery notes of iris.
That’s exactly, how this fragrance can be described – aquatic and powdery.
It has a somewhat beachy feel, but in general, La Belle Fleur Terrible is a beautifully clean, and fresh fragrance you can pull off almost anywhere.
The only downside is that not all markets have it, so it might be difficult to find one. It is being sold on FragranceNet but stock often runs out (which also tells you how wanted and amazing this fragrance is). However, if you manage to get it while in stock, then definitely make sure to do so!

Lancome released another flanker of Idole called Idole Nectar, and what makes this perfume different and unique is that it has 3 types of roses in the opening that are very dominant throughout the entire lifespan of the fragrance.
The heart has caramel and popcorn notes and the base is vanilla.
The combination of roses and caramel gives an incredibly soft and almost gourmandy feel to the entire composition. I don’t sense the popcorn note in it, and I haven’t seen anyone who claims they do. However, that probably means that some properties of popcorn notes were used to manipulate and alter other scents.
The scent is bright, uplifting, and soft, making it perfect wear for any daytime occasion.
According to the reviews of others, this even made rose haters love it!

It’s safe to say that Olympea Solar is literally summer in the bottle. Due to its creaminess and sweetness, you can easily pull this one off on nighttime events where you’d want some irresistible scent to radiate around you.

Notes pyramid wasn’t released by Dior but the main olfactory notes are jasmine, honeysuckle, and magnolia. In that combination, you can also find a lot of green and herbal notes.
What makes this incredible casual wear or even perfect office wear is that it’s so non-offensive and mass-appealing. You will basically smell nice and clean.
The scent itself is fresh, clean, smooth, and silky as white florals are combined with a green freshness.
I wouldn’t call it the most precious gem in the collection, but it perfectly fits the times when you don’t know what to wear and you just want to smell nice.
The reason why such fragrance is on our list of best summer fragrances for women is that majority of fragrances here have some main purpose or occasion when they should be worn. In the case of J’Adore Parfum d’Eau, it’s just the perfect casual wear for the 2024 summer.

The base is made out of ambrette seeds and musk accords which makes the entire composition smooth.
Overall, Born in Roma Coral Fantasy is uplifting, and smooth and definitely has that tropical vibe that makes it perfect for summer.
The idea behind it is to portray the sunsets of Rome, and truth be told, I can’t picture a better occasion and time to wear it!

This perfume lives through its name and its summertime in a bottle. One of the reasons I chose this Maison Martin Margiela scent is because of its perfect salty beach vibes. If you are planning a sea vacation soon and need some fresh scent for sunbathing, you just found it.
Opens with light citrus of lemon and bergamot combo, but dries down to a Coppertone scent. As it dries down the coconut and Ylang-Ylang become more prominent so the whole performance gets sweeter and even powdery.
Personally, I couldn’t sense any trace of pink pepper so maybe it has been working some magic in the background of the performance but there is nothing warm or spicy in this scent.
It reminds me of long Hawaiian beaches with a tropical essence and I can picture a beautiful girl wearing it during hot, summer vacation days.

The original Daisy Marc Jacobs was a real success and women adored it; in consideration of that one, Daisy Love is a more playful, sweet, and youthful fragrance than the original.
I don’t like setting boundaries when it comes to fragrance age limitations, but I do find Daisy Love more compelling for younger ladies, which doesn’t mean that if you are more mature you can’t pull it off. Age is just a number!
Daisy Love is a simple yet irresistible scent with cloudberry being the top note, the daisy flower in the middle, and a musky backbone. The scent is very much fruity-oriented, sweet, and musky with a light and airy texture.
I would also like to say that Daisy Love is a crowd-pleasing scent, it is not offensive in any way and as long as it lasts (which isn’t that long) will get you beautiful compliments.

My Way is an incredibly fresh, feminine, and playful scent that suits all ages and occasions. It’s amazing everyday wear and it can easily be a signature scent.
The citrusy opening led by an orange blossom and tuberose, jasmine combination in the heart and all that rests on the base of musk, vanilla, and woods.
Definitely a safe blind buy, and definitely something every girl should have in her collection, but that’s just my personal opinion! Armani’s My Way is a standard!

As a huge lover of La Vie Est Belle, I have had very high expectations for this one, and (not)surprisingly, it was much more than I hoped for — definitely deserved a spot among the best summer fragrances for women!
It’s important to know that the La Vie Est Belle Soleil Cristal doesn’t share many similarities with the original, except for the vanilla note they both share. That makes this gorgeous scent even more special in its own way.
Besides the bergamot and mandarin orange, the opening has a prominent pink pepper strike but don’t worry about it since after only 10-15 minutes it quickly fades away. As it dries down, it becomes a more sweet, coconut-oriented scent with a vanilla backbone and powdery, creamy effect.
Besides its stunning scent, the quality of La Vie Est Belle Soleil Cristal is almost as good as the original. It will serve you throughout the whole day and definitely get you compliments. One more note: it is a pretty safe blind buy if you crave coconut fragrances.

In the opening of Light Blue Eau Intense, you get a citrusy lemon and the crispiness from the granny smith apple, and that fresh mixture stays present throughout the whole. When the initial blast tones down, you get a dominant, overload of muskiness but with aromatic marigold and amber wood, they create a pleasant, sexy, and charming scent.
It’s important to emphasize that the intense version surely gets you better longevity, wider projection, and stronger silage, which is also a huge factor when you are debating whether to go with an iconic, original scent or try out a new, future queen of Blue edition.

The opening starts with pear blossom which gives the scent natural sweetness, especially when combined with red berries and mandarin notes.
The heart is dominated by white gardenia that is combined with solar jasmine grandiflorum absolute, which gives the scent a modern vibe.
The base is made out of brown sugar and patchouli which is supposed to give the composition the earthy tones, but truth be told, I don’t find it much in the scent.
Overall, Flora Gorgeous Gardenia is a beautiful floral scent with the juiciness that pear blossom and mandarin provide, which is perfect for people who love the scent of gardenia flowers.
The only downside to it is its performance, as sillage is almost non-existent and longevity is no longer than 6 hours in the best-case scenario.
There are a couple of tricks you can do to improve the performance and longevity of perfume, but if you expect performance beast then Flora Gorgeous Gardenia might not be the best choice.
However, not everyone is after fragrances and perfumes that project feets away, and knowing how beautiful, simple, and uplifting this floral composition is, it definitely deserves its spot among the best summer fragrances for women in 2024.

What I love about this fragrance is that it is highly pleasant and inoffensive. Nothing about this scent is too much or too strong, just very well blended.
This is a nice light citrus opening with a wonderful touch of floral essence, encased in a woody background. As it dries down it becomes a more aromatic, woody scent with exotic spiciness and traces of floral nuances.
I like the way Bal d’Afrique has a unique combination and isn’t purely fruity or floral.
It can also be your great signature scent since it is suitable for any occasion or event, including regular office days.

Heartless Helen is tuberose-heavy but it’s not the type of tuberose you’d find in other fragrances. It has that sharp tone, and it almost feels like it didn’t fully bloom, where traces of green notes can be found.
It’s sharp, it’s aggressive, and it’s… Heartless!
The opening starts with sharp and aggressive pepper and after just a few minutes, tuberose starts dominating supported by the base of cashmeran and woods.
The entire scent is a bit creamy and soft which is not something we usually see in tuberose-dominant scents.
Even though it has that soft side that sits close to the skin, tuberose is what makes it heartless – it’s literally a tuberose bomb!

It was described as mainly a coconut fragrance but I would say that there is much more to this fragrance than “coconut aroma”.
There’s pistachio, bergamot, cardamom, and pink pepper as the top notes but the opening is so beautifully blended that it’s really hard to pick up a single note. It has that warm, spicy gourmand effect in the first 15 minutes but gets more white-floral sweet, ambery, and coconut-based as it dries down.
It is a succulent, buttery, and tropical fragrance with rich coconut flavor and sunscreen vibes. Soleil Blanc may not be the crowd-pleasing scent but it will get you compliments from everyone who likes intriguing and engrossing fragrances.
